I offer calm, empathic and non-judgemental therapy to clients and use an integrative approach to assist clients who are experiencing emotional and/or behavioural issues.
About me and my practice

Experience
I have had the privilege of working as a therapist for 17 years, working in private practice and also within organisations supporting young people, families and individuals.
I have tutored on psychology and psychotherapy courses for many years and also provide clinical supervision for other therapists.
Qualifications
I gained a BSc (Hons) in Counselling Psychology, Diploma in Counselling along with a HND in Psychology & Cognitive Therapy from Oxford. I hold Graduate Based Registration of The British Psychological Society and am fully insured.
I am also an accredited Rewind practitioner, offering effective treatment for PTSD, Complex PTSD and Phobias.

Initial Consultation
I offer a free initial consultation via phone or video call for anyone who is considering therapy for themselves.
This initial consultation is an opportunity to ask any questions that you might have and to see how you feel about working with me going forwards.
Fees
Individual therapy or therapy for couples - £50 per session
Clinical Supervision £50 per session

I offer online appointments:
